Recovered Admissions Introduction

The Guidance Office was described as the main point of contact for school admissions and the admission appeals process. It arranged admission for children starting school and for children transferring from other schools.

1. Application

Applicants were instructed to ask for an application form from the Guidance Office and complete the necessary fields.

Kinder 1 — 4 years old by August
Kinder 2 — 5 years old by August
Grade 1 — 6 years old by August

2. Requirements

For New Students

2 pieces recent 1×1 colored pictures
1 photocopy of NSO Certified Birth Certificate
1 photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
Medical Certificate Document

For Transferring Students

2 pieces recent 1×1 colored pictures
1 photocopy of NSO Certified Birth Certificate
1 photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
Medical Certificate Document
Recent Report Card from previous school
Photocopy of 3rd Grading Period grades
Recommendation letter from previous school

3. Submission and Entrance Examination

The old page instructed families to submit forms and documents to the Guidance Office, which would then provide the entrance examination schedule. It stated that incomplete requirements would not be given an entrance examination schedule.

2nd Honors — 50% Tuition Fee

Brother-Sister Scholarship

3 siblings — 25% discount
4 siblings — 50% discount
5 siblings — 75% discount

Education Service Contracting (ESC)

The old page described SGA’s processing of ESC scholarships for a limited number of first-year students and cited a historical subsidy of ₱10,000 per student. This amount must not be treated as current.
